Refund & Returns Policy

100-day trial

Live with your sofa or bed for up to 100 days. If it's not the right fit, contact us for a free pickup and a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of pickup.

Damaged or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period, email support@prostorespaces.com with photos and we'll replace, repair, or refund — your choice.

Exclusions

Custom-fabric and made-to-order items are excluded from the 100-day trial unless damaged or defective. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from cleaning agents not approved by our care guide.

How to start a return

Email returns@prostorespaces.com with your order number and a brief reason. We'll schedule a free white-glove pickup within 7 days.
